Detailed Profile of TX 21 Congressional District

Sometimes being busy lazy comes in handy.

Like when somebody else takes the time to research and compose a profile of the district that I have been wanting to do since before Fitzmas.

I'm ashamed to admit it, but relieved not to have to do it myself. It's complicated inside my head.
