End of Quarter Money Nag.

Yes, I know. NAG NAG NAG. (Okay, that last one's not a nag, it's a tool.)

But it's important. It's one of the significant measurements the DCCC and other sources of campaign money.

So go show Team Courage a little love, using the vehicle of your choice. (I'm partial to ActBlue, myself, but the site seems to be down at the moment. If you do use them, please include a little tip. These guys are doing the Dems a great service by making it much easier to contribute to candidates at every level.)

And don't forget Team Courage houseparties tonight. I'm hoping to make the one just around the corner from me. As a bonus, I think the hostess is my precinct chair, and I've not had a chance to meet her before.

John Courage posts on BOR about Immigration

Matt seems to be the go to guy on the heating up immigration issues, and he's posted the entry on BOR.

Party2win has a Calendar for Team Courage Parties

Check it.

If anyone would like to publish a report of how one of the Team Courage Parties went, please feel free to contact tx21blog@gmail.com.

You can send us a link to your blog if you have it, or I'll be happy to have it here on TX21 Blog with your preferred attribution.

A Veteran Feels a little Testy about Lamar

See the fourth letter down, entitled "Veterans Deserve Better".

It's a short letter, as most successful LTEs are, but here's the money shot:

Congressman Lamar Smith has stated the cost of health care for the military is comparable to or lower than that of federal employees and others. What an ignoble comparison! "Others" do not risk and lose their lives in the defense of our country. Smith is on his way out.

Well said, Chief Master Sargent, and thank you for your service to our country.
